With 15 years of experience as a lead customer service professional, program manager, and administration consultant in financial services, retail management, and the nonprofit sector. Auna has supported teams, leaders, and partner organizations by resolving issues, boosting client satisfaction, improving productivity, and sustaining organizational initiatives.
Auna has effectively utilized her expertise in risk and stakeholder management, strategic planning, and analytical thinking, along with her knowledge of organizational infrastructure, to transition into project management and transaction coordination. In these roles, she assists business owners and real estate professionals in identifying areas for process improvement, ensuring industry compliance, developing sustainable solutions, and enhancing operational efficiency.
